US Army Has A Contingency Plan For Gulf Oil Spill
As this catastrophe sets to be one of the worst oil catastrophes of all time the US Army doesn’t stay still. It plans on trapping the oil in Hesco baskets and then applying a chemical called CI Agent, which turns the oil into a gelatinous state. That solid will then be collected and turned into asphalt.
