Homemade Oat Milk Recipe
Two years ago we wrote about Harvard scientist who discovered that cow milk is bad for your health. Aside from considerable amounts of female sex hormones, it also contains growth hormone that induces gynecomastia (male boobs). And to top it all if you are lactose intolerant you’ll get gassy and have diarrhea.
So, if you like macchiato, or cereals with milk for breakfast, there are alternatives. One of them is Oat Milk.
If you buy oat milk, it will be a bit expensive for daily use. So, why don’t you make your own homemade oat milk?
Note:Those with a gluten-sensitivity should heed caution with Oat Milk.
There are several ways how to prepare Oat Milk.
Recipe for Oat Milk:
1.Blend or grind the oats (we prefer coffee grinder)
2.Pour boiled water over them while blending (thickness optional)
3.Add a bit of salt and sugar (vanilla for flavor) while blending
Alternative:
Recipe for Oat Milk:
1.Top the oats with water and leave them for two days
2.Blend them (with the water)
3.Add sugar while blending
