Stabbed Skeletons Found, Believed To Be Vampires

Do you believe in vampires and Count Dracula? If you do, you are not the only one. Bulgarian archaeologists found two skeletons stabbed with iron stakes.
“Stabbed skeletons show that this kind of ritual was performed till the early 20th century”, says Bozhidar Dimitrov head, of the National History Museum in Sofia.
There are about one hundred skeletons that were discovered, up till now, with stakes in their chests. The last two belong to the Middle Ages.
If you were a bad person during your lifetime, villagers would pound iron stakes through your coffin and bury you under running water.
Surprisingly, all the believed vampires were males, and all were either aristocrats or priests.
